The same people who say the game got nerfed heavily are the same people encouraging use of cheat engine - for me personally those are kids, who just can't handle the Wang )Īs for performance issues I got an MSI laptop with i7/8GB ram/GTX860m and everything runs smoothly at High, I'm at 60fps. It's rly no fun when you mash Insane in under 5h with 100% completion and barely if at all dying. Those 'huge weapon nerfs' were actually needed and every one who is sane enough will say same thing. I preordered the game and don't regret it at all. But other then those things, i would recommend the game But i never felt like i needed to minmax my gear to survive (it does help reducing kill times however :P). The borderlands elements weren't really needed and can be quite tedious from time to time. Being OP is only entertaining for so long. After the patch i had to put in some effort (in a good way). Was playing on the highest difficulty (NG+) and was one shotting nearly everything and got 70% completion again within the hour. But other then that i actually haven't seen any people complain about performance issues.
It did make the game near unplayable though. But it was definitely a bug, and could be that one of the engine fixed of 1.1.4.0 fixed it (haven't had the time to test yet). Only performance issues i can mention are the stuttering that happened since patch 1.1.3.0. (things like performance issues and huge weapon nerfs)
